Police are currently seeking the whereabouts of 31-year-old Mark Holland, who has been missing since Tuesday, 3 January.
Mark was last seen leaving for work from his home address on Grange View Road, Kimberworth, at about 4.30am on Tuesday Morning. He was riding his pedal bike to Colwall Street, Attercliffe and his normal route would take him along Meadowbank Road and Meadowhall Road. Mark was due home at 7pm that evening and when he did not return, police were called.
It has been established that Mark did not arrive at work, but bank records show that he used a cash-point machine at the Co-op on Upper Wortley Road at about 4.50am.
Mark is a white man about 5ft 10in tall with a medium build. He has dark brown hair, thinning on top and a dark brown beard. He was last seen wearing blue waterproof cycle gear (no helmet) and was riding a Black Rock Rider mountain bike with red forks.
Officers are concerned about
Mark’s welfare and are appealing for anyone who may have seen Mark after 4.30am on Tuesday, 3 January, to contact the police immediately on 101 and quote reference: CX/43/2012.
